How to scan
Open Docvaya and tap Scan. Hold the document in frame. The app detects the edges and captures the page, and you can keep adding pages in the same scan. Then apply a filter and save a PDF.
Documents are not backed up
Docvaya does not back up your documents. They stay on your phone and are excluded from automatic Android and iCloud backups. Export or share anything important to a place you choose. If you uninstall the app, reset your phone, or lose it, documents stored in the app are gone and we cannot recover them.
How to restore Premium on a new phone
On the new or reset phone, sign in to the same Google Play or Apple account you used to buy Premium. Open Docvaya and tap Restore Purchases.
How to cancel a subscription
Cancel in the store, not by deleting the app. Google Play: Profile > Payments and subscriptions > Subscriptions. iPhone: Settings > your name > Subscriptions. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription. Premium stays active until the end of the period you paid for.
Refunds
Refunds go through Google Play or Apple. On Google Play, request one at play.google.com or in the Play Store app. On Apple, request one at reportaproblem.apple.com. If you get stuck, email us and we will help where we can.
Forgot app lock
App lock uses your phone's own PIN or biometrics. Docvaya never receives that PIN or biometric data. Unlock it with the same Face ID, fingerprint, or device PIN you use to unlock your phone.
How to delete all data
Uninstalling Docvaya removes everything stored in the app. We cannot restore it. Export important documents before you uninstall.

स्कैन कैसे करें
Docvaya खोलें और स्कैन पर टैप करें। दस्तावेज़ को कैमरे के सामने सीधा रखें। ऐप किनारे स्वयं पहचानकर पृष्ठ ले लेता है। आप एक ही स्कैन में एक के बाद एक कई पृष्ठ जोड़ सकते हैं। इसके बाद फ़िल्टर लगाएँ और दस्तावेज़ को पीडीएफ़ के रूप में सहेजें।
दस्तावेज़ों का बैकअप नहीं होता
Docvaya आपके दस्तावेज़ों का बैकअप नहीं लेता। वे केवल आपके फ़ोन पर रहते हैं और एंड्रॉइड तथा आईक्लाउड के स्वचालित बैकअप में शामिल नहीं होते। महत्वपूर्ण दस्तावेज़ों को निर्यात करके या साझा करके अपनी चुनी हुई जगह पर सहेज लें। ऐप हटाने, फ़ोन रीसेट करने या फ़ोन खोने पर ऐप में रखे दस्तावेज़ मिट जाते हैं और हम उन्हें वापस नहीं ला सकते।
नए फ़ोन पर प्रीमियम कैसे वापस पाएँ
नए या रीसेट किए गए फ़ोन पर उसी Google Play या Apple खाते में प्रवेश करें जिससे प्रीमियम खरीदा गया था। Docvaya खोलें और खरीद पुनः प्राप्त करें (Restore Purchases) चुनें।
सदस्यता कैसे रद्द करें
सदस्यता स्टोर में रद्द होती है। ऐप हटाने से वह रद्द नहीं होती। Google Play में: प्रोफ़ाइल > भुगतान और सदस्यताएँ > सदस्यताएँ। आईफ़ोन में: सेटिंग्स > आपका नाम > सदस्यताएँ। रद्द करने के बाद भी प्रीमियम उस अवधि के अंत तक चालू रहता है, जिसका भुगतान हो चुका है।
धनवापसी
धनवापसी Google Play या Apple के माध्यम से होती है। Google Play पर play.google.com या Play Store ऐप से अनुरोध करें। Apple पर reportaproblem.apple.com पर अनुरोध करें। कठिनाई हो तो हमें ईमेल करें, हम यथासंभव सहायता करेंगे।
ऐप लॉक भूल जाने पर
ऐप लॉक आपके फ़ोन का अपना पिन या बायोमेट्रिक पहचान उपयोग करता है। Docvaya को वह पिन या बायोमेट्रिक डेटा कभी नहीं मिलता। फ़ोन खोलने वाला वही फ़ेस आईडी, फ़िंगरप्रिंट या उपकरण पिन लगाएँ।
सारा डेटा कैसे हटाएँ
Docvaya को हटा देने (अनइंस्टॉल करने) से ऐप में रखा सारा डेटा मिट जाता है। हम उसे वापस नहीं ला सकते। हटाने से पहले महत्वपूर्ण दस्तावेज़ निर्यात कर लें।
